Edge of Cinema worked with Communications Solutions Group to produce a series of recruitment campaigns for fire departments and EMS services across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Our team traveled to multiple stations to capture authentic interviews and dynamic b-roll that highlighted the people, culture, and mission behind each department. From this footage, we crafted dozens of tailored video cuts optimized for social media and recruitment webpages, giving departments flexible tools to attract and inform potential recruits while telling their stories in a genuine, compelling way.
